Welcome to everyone,
On 27th June 2019 will be held the Journée de l’École Doctorale (JED) 3M "At the heart of matter" at the Subatech Laboratory, on the campus of IMT Atlantique of Nantes. It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in this day, where you are invited to present your thesis work.
As a reminder two participations to a JED, with at least one contribution during the three years of thesis, are mandatory.
Depending on availability, you can participate in this day with a 15 minute oral presentation (12min + 3min of questions), a poster (A0 format) or as a free listener. Priority will be given to third-year participants who do not have the two required participations, as well as to participants whose thesis topic fits perfectly into the proposed theme. Please note that some oral presentations might be requalified in poster and vice versa: we therefore encourage second and third-year participants to submit an oral presentation abstract. Validation of your registration and notification about your abstract will be communicated mid-May 2019 at the latest.
Slides and posters have to be written in English but can be presented in French.
Lunch will be included and will take place in the self of IMT Altantique, with the possibility of a vegetarian dish. An Eduroam internet connection will be available.
